Food Safety is our number one priority! Every team leader is HACCP certified. All employees of Heart of the Harvest, Inc. are certified by EcoLab in Food & Beverage Division Hazardous Communication Training once a year. This is an OSHA workplace mandated program.

We always ensure the safety of our food by following these Food Safety Program items:

- HACCP Certified (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)
- Weekly HACCP meetings with employees and supervisors
- In house/out of house lab testing and analysis
- USDA GAP/GHP (United States Deptartment of Agriculture Good Agricultural Practices/Good Handling Practices)
- Third party audit by Primus with an excellent rating
- Metal Detection
- Temperature Control –Water temperature maintained at 34-38 degrees
- GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Sanitizing and Cleaning of all products
- Quality Assurance Personnel on site
